Bighorn Sheep

New Mexico is home to healthy populations of both desert and rocky mountain bighorn sheep. Depending on tag drawn, either horseback or backpack style hunts are available. Bighorn sheep hunting is a true back-country, mountain hunt, so high levels of physical activity are a given.
